1 Der Kanton schützt die natürlichen Reichtümer des Landes. 2 Er fördert insbesondere die Massnahmen zur Reinerhaltung der Gewässer und der Luft, zur Erhaltung und Bewirtschaftung der Waldungen, zum Schutz der Bergwelt sowie die Bestrebungen der Landes- und Ortsplanung.
