Auf Grund des § 15 der Erneuerbare-Energien-Verordnung vom 17. Februar 2015 (BGBl. I S. 146), der durch Artikel 3 Nummer 2 des Gesetzes vom 25. Mai 2020 (BGBl. I S. 1070) eingefügt und der zuletzt durch Artikel 7 des Gesetzes vom 20. Dezember 2022 (BGBl. I S. 2512) geändert worden ist, in Verbindung mit § 12 Absatz 5 Satz 1 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 bis 5 Nummer 1 und Satz 8 des Windenergie-auf-See-Gesetzes vom 13. Oktober 2016 (BGBl. I S. 2258, 2310), von denen § 12 Absatz 5 Satz 2 durch Artikel 1 Nummer 17 Buchstabe e des Gesetzes vom 20. Juli 2022 (BGBl. I S. 1325) eingefügt und § 12 Absatz 5 Satz 1, 3, 4 und 5 Nummer 1 und Satz 8 durch Artikel 1 Nummer 17 Buchstabe e des Gesetzes vom 20. Juli 2022 (BGBl. I S. 1325) geändert worden ist, verordnet das Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie:
