§ 23 Tiefenlage und Überdeckung von parkinternen Seekabelsystemen in einem Vorranggebiet Schifffahrt
Soweit die parkinterne Verkabelung der jeweiligen Fläche in einem im Raumordnungsplan für die deutsche ausschließliche Wirtschaftszone in der Nordsee und in der Ostsee festgelegten Vorranggebiet Schifffahrt verläuft, ist das Seekabelsystem so zu verlegen, dass eine dauerhafte Tiefenlage sowie eine Überdeckung von mindestens 1,50 Meter hergestellt werden.
