Die Versorgung der von § 1 erfassten Berufssoldaten und der Berufssoldaten, deren Dienstverhältnis nach § 45a des Soldatengesetzes in das eines Soldaten auf Zeit umgewandelt worden ist, sowie ihrer Hinterbliebenen bestimmt sich nach dem Soldatenversorgungsgesetz nach Maßgabe der folgenden Vorschriften.
