Patenterteilung und Berufsbezeichnung 1 Wer die Anwaltsprüfung bestanden hat und die persönlichen Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 8 Absatz 1 Buchstaben a und b BGFA erfüllt, erhält vom Obergericht das Anwaltspatent. 2 Das Anwaltspatent berechtigt zur Führung der Berufsbezeichnungen «Anwältin» bzw. «Anwalt», «Rechtsanwältin» bzw. «Rechtsanwalt » und «avocate» bzw. «avocat». Zugelassen ist auch die Berufsbezeichnung «Fürsprecherin» bzw. «Fürsprecher».
