Zulassung zur Anwaltsprüfung 1 Zur Anwaltsprüfung wird zugelassen, wer a das juristische Lizenziat oder Masterdiplom einer schweizerischen Hochschule oder ein gleichwertiges Hochschuldiplom eines Staates, mit dem die Schweiz die gegenseitige Anerkennung vereinbart hat, erworben hat und b eine praktische Ausbildung absolviert hat.
