Anwaltsmonopol 1 Zur Parteivertretung vor Zivil- und Strafgerichten sowie vor Verwaltungsjustizbehörden ist berechtigt, wer im Anwaltsregister des Kantons Bern eingetragen ist oder Freizügigkeit nach dem BGFA geniesst. 2 Vorbehalten bleiben besondere Vorschriften in Gesetzen und Dekreten, die eine Ausnahme vom Anwaltsmonopol vorsehen.
