§ 12 Bestehen der Prüfung, Gesamtnote
(1) Die Prüfung ist bestanden, wenn ohne Rundung in allen Prüfungsleistungen jeweils mindestens 50 Punkte erreicht worden sind. (2) Ist die Prüfung bestanden, sind die Bewertungen für alle Prüfungsteile jeweils kaufmännisch auf eine ganze Zahl zu runden. (3) Den Bewertungen für die Prüfungsteile ist nach Anlage 1 die jeweilige Note als Dezimalzahl zuzuordnen. Für die Bildung einer Gesamtnote ist als Gesamtpunktzahl das arithmetische Mittel aus den Bewertungen aller Prüfungsteile zu berechnen. (4) Die Gesamtpunktzahl ist kaufmännisch auf eine ganze Zahl zu runden. Der gerundeten Gesamtpunktzahl wird nach Anlage 1 die Note als Dezimalzahl und die Note in Worten zugeordnet. Die zugeordnete Note ist die Gesamtnote.
