Art. 12 Fortführung über das Ende des Strafverfahrens hinaus
Das Zeugenschutzprogramm wird über den Abschluss des Strafverfahrens durch rechtskräftiges Urteil oder Einstellungsverfügung hinaus fortgeführt, wenn die Gefährdung fortbesteht und die Zustimmung der zu schützenden Person zur Mitwirkung im Zeugenschutzprogramm weiterhin vorliegt.
