§ 15. Tööandja õigused ja kohustused konfidentsiaalse teabe andmisel
(1) Konfidentsiaalne on teave, mille tööandja annab usaldusisikule selgelt konfidentsiaalsena. (2) Tööandja peab teabe konfidentsiaalsust põhjendama, kui usaldusisik ei nõustu teabe konfidentsiaalsusega.
