§ 5. Üldkoosoleku kokkukutsumine
(1) Üldkoosoleku võib kokku kutsuda: 1) tööandja juures tegutsev ametiühing, 2) enamus tööandja juures töötavatest ametiühingu liikmetest, kui ametiühing ei ole loodud tööandja juures või 3) vähemalt 10 protsenti tööandja töötajatest. (2) Üldkoosoleku kokkukutsuja teatab töötajatele üldkoosoleku kokkukutsumise põhjusest ja toimumise ajast vähemalt kaks nädalat ette.
