§ 21 Anfechtung der Wahl
(1) Die Wahl kann angefochten werden, wenn gegen wesentliche Vorschriften zur Wahl verstoßen worden und der Verstoß nicht berichtigt worden ist. Eine Anfechtung der Wahl scheidet aus, wenn das Wahlergebnis durch einen Verstoß gegen wesentliche Vorschriften zur Wahl nicht geändert oder beeinflusst werden konnte. (2) Anfechtungsberechtigt sind eine Gruppe von mindestens drei Wahlberechtigten und die Dienststellenleitung. (3) Die Anfechtung muss vor dem Verwaltungsgericht innerhalb von zwölf Arbeitstagen nach Bekanntgabe des Wahlergebnisses erfolgen.
