§ 11¹. Eelnõustamine
Enne toetuse taotlemist peab taotleja läbima Ettevõtluse ja Innovatsiooni Sihtasutuse eelnõustamise. Eelnõustamise käigus selgitatakse taotlejale toetuse andmise tingimusi ning juhitakse tähelepanu projekti võimalikele puudustele.
