§ 7
(1) Die Approbation kann zurückgenommen werden, wenn bei ihrer Erteilung eine der Voraussetzungen nach § 4 Absatz 1 Nummer 2 oder 3 oder die Voraussetzung für die Bescheinigung nach § 15a nicht vorgelegen hat. Eine nach § 4 Abs. 2 oder 3 erteilte Approbation kann zurückgenommen werden, wenn die Gleichwertigkeit des Ausbildungsstandes nicht gegeben war. (2) Die Approbation kann widerrufen werden, wenn nachträglich eine der Voraussetzungen nach § 4 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 weggefallen ist.
