Art. 5 Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren
1 Es gelten folgende Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren gemäss Anhang 2: a. interne Fertigungskontrolle (Anh. 2 Bst. A) b. interne Fertigungskontrolle mit Begutachtung der technischen Unterlagen und regelmässiger Prüfung (Anh. 2 Bst. B); c. Einzelprüfung (Anh. 2 Bst. C); d. umfassende Qualitätssicherung (Anh. 2 Bst. D). 2 Die Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren sind wie folgt anwendbar: a. für Geräte und Maschinen ohne Emissionsgrenzwert (Anh. 1 Ziff. 2): alle Verfahren; b. für Geräte und Maschinen mit Emissionsgrenzwert (Anh. 1 Ziff. 11): die Verfahren B, C und D.
