§ 3. Tehinguhindade kohandamine
(1) Tehinguhindade viimiseks hindamise aasta 30. juuni seisu korrutatakse need läbi hindade muutust arvestava päevase hinnaindeksiga, mis leitakse vastava rühma tehinguandmete analüüsimisel. (2) Käibemaks arvestatakse tehinguhinna sisse, välja arvatud äri- ja tootmismaaga tehtud tehingute korral.
