§ 25 Erlass von Durchführungsbestimmungen; Verordnungsermächtigung
Das Bundesministerium wird ermächtigt, durch Rechtsverordnung ohne Zustimmung des Bundesrates konkretisierende oder ergänzende Bestimmungen zu erlassen, die zur Durchführung des Unionsrechts zu fakultativen Qualitätsangaben, insbesondere des Artikels 83 Absatz 1, auch in Verbindung mit Artikel 82 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/1143, erforderlich sind.
