1 Das Projekt Management Office wird durch die entsprechende Fachstelle des Präsidialreferats wahrgenommen. 2 Es hat insbesondere folgende Aufgaben: a) Support und Beratung von Projektleitenden zur Einhaltung der Methodik und Erreichen der gewünschten Dokumentationsqualität b) Übersicht Projektportfolios (A- und B-Projekte) mit regelmässiger Berichterstattung zu den Projektstati an den Stadtrat.
