März 2026) 5 c) die Übernahme neuer Gemeindeaufgaben. 2 Stimmt der Grosse Stadtrat einem in seine Kompetenz fallenden Initiativbegehren zu, so ist dieses erfüllt und erledigt. 5. Volksmotion
