Art. 30
Verhandlungen Einberufung 1 Der Grosse Stadtrat versammelt sich: a) auf Einladung seiner Präsidentin oder seines Präsidenten; b) auf schriftlich begründetes Verlangen von wenigstens 10 Mitgliedern; c) auf Verlangen des Stadtrates. 2 Die Versammlung ist mindestens acht Tage vorher mit der Traktandenliste öffentlich bekannt zu geben.
