Beschlussfähigkeit 1 In der Regel werden die Geschäfte durch Kollegialbeschluss erledigt. 2 Zur Verhandlung und Beschlussfassung sowie zur Vornahme von Wahlen bedarf es der Mitwirkung mindestens dreier Mitglieder. 3 Für Beschlüsse und Wahlen gilt das absolute Mehr der Anwesenden. 4Jedes Mitglied ist zur Stimmabgabe verpflichtet. Bei Stimmengleichheit zählt die Stimme der Präsidentin oder des Präsidenten doppelt.
