Beschwerde 1 Anordnungen von Stadtratsmitgliedern oder Verwaltungsstellen können beim Stadtrat innert 20 Tagen nach Mitteilung schriftlich angefochten werden.3 2 Die Beschwerdeschrift muss einen Antrag und eine Begründung enthalten und unterschrieben sein. Der angefochtene Entscheid ist beizulegen oder genau zu bezeichnen. Das Verfahren richtet sich sinngemäss nach dem Rekurs im Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz.
