Art. 13 Öffentliche Informationsquellen
Öffentliche Informationsquellen sind namentlich: a. öffentlich zugängliche Medien; b. öffentlich zugängliche Register von Behörden des Bundes und der Kantone; c. von Privaten öffentlich zugänglich gemachte Personendaten; d. in der Öffentlichkeit vorgetragene Äusserungen.
