Art. 24 Identifikation und Befragung von Personen
1 Der NDB kann zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben nach Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a eine Person anhalten lassen, um ihre Identität festzustellen und sie im Sinne von Artikel 23 kurz zu befragen. 2 Die Anhaltung erfolgt durch Angehörige eines kantonalen Polizeikorps. 3 Der NDB kann die angehaltene Person verpflichten, ihre Personalien anzugeben und Ausweispapiere vorzulegen.
