1 Das Portal «Open Source Intelligence» (OSINT-Portal) dient dem NDB zur Bereitstellung von Daten aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen. 2 Es enthält Daten, die bei der Nutzung öffentlich zugänglicher Quellen anfallen. 3 Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter des NDB haben im Abrufverfahren Zugriff auf das OSINT-Portal. 4 Den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der kantonalen Vollzugsbehörden kann im Abrufverfahren Zugriff auf bestimmte Daten des OSINT-Portals gewährt werden.
