1 Als Verkehrswert der Grundstücke gilt der realisierbare Verkaufspreis. Wo es nicht anders möglich ist, wird dieser Verkehrswert vergleichsweise ermittelt. In diesem Falle kann sich die Schatzungsbehörde jedoch auf den Bodenwert, vermehrt um den normalerweise abgeschriebenen Bauwert stützen, indem sie der Entwicklung des Baukostenindex Rechnung trägt.
