Finanzhilfen 1 Der Kanton gewährt der Beratungsstelle gestützt auf den Leistungsvertrag und im Rahmen des jährlichen Voranschlages Finanzhilfen. 2 Die Höhe der Finanzhilfen bemisst sich nach den Aufwendungen der Beratungsstelle für die Opferhilfe, soweit deren Tätigkeit einer wirksamen, wirtschaftlichen und zweckmässigen Aufgabenerfüllung entspricht.
