Artikel 7
Grundsatz 1 Die Beratung umfasst Beratung im engeren Sinne, Leistung von Soforthilfe und Vermittlung weiterer Hilfe. 2 Die Beratungsstelle stellt die Anspruchsberechtigung des Opfers fest (Artikel 2 OHG). Wird die Anspruchsberechtigung verneint, kann das Opfer von der Gesundheits-, Sozial- und Umweltdirektion eine anfechtbare Verfügung verlangen. 3 Können sich die Beratungsstelle und das Opfer über Art, Umfang oder Weiterführung der Beratung nicht einigen, gilt das Verfahren nach Absatz 2.
