Siegel 1 Der Notar beschafft sich auf eigene Kosten ein Siegel, das dem von der für das Notariat zuständigen Direktion 1) (die Direktion) genehmigten Modell entspricht. 2 Das Siegel trägt den Namen und den Vornamen des Notars, die Bezeichnung «Notar» und das Wappen des Staates Freiburg. 3 Der Notar darf sein Siegel nur auf Urkunden setzen, die er in seiner Funktion als Träger eines öffentlichen Amtes erstellt.
