Einstellung 1 Die Aufsichtsbehörde kann einen Notar auch vorläufig in der Ausübung seines Berufes einstellen, nachdem sie ihn angehört hat: a) wenn gegen ihn ein Verfahren eingeleitet wurde, das auf den vollständigen oder teilweisen Entzug seiner Handlungsfähigkeit gerichtet ist; b) wenn die Zahlungsfähigkeit des Notars zweifelhaft ist; c) in den Fällen nach Artikel 41 Abs. 3.
