§ 2 Besitzstandswahrung
Personen, die vor Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung in dem in § 1 genannten Ausbildungsberuf ausgebildet worden sind oder im Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung darin ausgebildet werden und diese Berufsausbildung nach § 4 Absatz 4 des Berufsbildungsgesetzes fortsetzen, bleiben in ihrem Ausbildungsstatus unberührt.
