Art. 4
1 Das Amt für Stadtliegenschaften ist zuständig für die Flächenzuteilung und -bewirtschaftung an die städtischen Verwaltungseinheiten. Es berücksichtigt dabei die aktuellen Standards, die abteilungsspezifischen Prozesse und die Kundenbedürfnisse. Es hört die Nutzer und Nutzerinnen vorher an und versucht eine einvernehmliche Lösung zu erzielen. 2 Ist keine Einigung möglich, beschliesst der Gemeinderat auf Antrag des Amts für Stadtliegenschaften und in Kenntnis des Mitberichts der betroffenen Abteilung endgültig.
