Art. 20 Jagdabgabe
1) Die Regierung erhebt von jeder Jagdgemeinschaft eine Jagdabgabe, die die Verwaltungs- und Aufsichtskosten sowie den Landesanteil an den Kosten der Wildschaden-Verhütungsmassnahmen decken soll. 2) Die Jagdabgabe wird jährlich erhoben. Sie bemisst sich am Jagdwert des Jagdreviers.
