Art. 23 Ausstellung und Gültigkeit
1) Jagdkarten werden vom Amt für Wald, Natur und Landwirtschaft ausgegeben. Jagdkarten mit einer Gültigkeit von einem Jahr oder länger sind mit einem Lichtbild zu versehen. 2) Die Jagdkarte gilt für: a) Pächter für die von der Regierung festgesetzte Pachtdauer; b) angehende Jäger für ein Jagdjahr, höchstens jedoch bis zum Bestehen der Jagdeignungsprüfung; c) Jagdgäste für bis zu drei Jagdjahre, höchstens jedoch bis zum Ende einer Pachtperiode. 3) Die Jagdkarte hat für das ganze Staatsgebiet Gültigkeit.
