§ 6 Mitteilungspflichten des Dritten
Der Dritte hat der nach § 8 zuständigen Stelle die nach § 37c Absatz 1 Satz 4 bis 6 des Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetzes erforderlichen Angaben bis zum 15. April des Jahres, das auf die Entstehung der Quotenverpflichtung folgt, mitzuteilen. Auf Verlangen der nach § 8 zuständigen Stelle ist diese Mitteilung durch die Vorlage der in § 3 Absatz 2 genannten Aufzeichnungen zu belegen.
