Vollstreckung öffentlicher Urkunden (Art. 347 ff. ZPO) 1 … 2 Der Antrag auf Vollstreckung der öffentlichen Urkunde nach Artikel 350 Abs. 1 ZPO ist zu richten an: a) die Notariatsperson, welche die zu vollstreckende Urkunde erstellt hat, oder b) die Notariatsperson, die vom zuständigen Amt für das Notariatswesen 5) bestimmt wurde. 3 Die Notarin oder der Notar eröffnet die verlangte Verfügung nach Artikel 136 ff. ZPO.
