Selbstständige nachträgliche Entscheide des Gerichts (Art. 363 StPO) 1 Bei einem erstinstanzlichen Urteil trifft die betreffende Richterin oder der betreffende Richter auch die selbstständigen nachträglichen Entscheide; bei einem Urteil einer Kollegialbehörde ist deren Präsidentin oder Präsident dafür zuständig. 2 Nachträgliche Entscheide nach Artikel 363 Abs. 3 StPO werden von der Strafvollzugsbehörde getroffen.
