Formen und Koordination der Subventionen 1 Der Staat gewährt im Rahmen der dafür bewilligten Mittel die Subventionen für die Mobilität gemäss diesem Abschnitt 6. 2 Die Subventionen können als nicht rückzahlbare Beiträge, als Darlehen zu Vorzugskonditionen oder als Bürgschaften gewährt werden. 3 Die Subventionen, die aufgrund der verschiedenen Bestimmungen dieses Gesetzes und die vom Bund oder aufgrund anderer kantonaler Bestimmungen gewährt werden, sind aufeinander abzustimmen.
