Art. 39 Versicherung und Haftpflicht
1) Die Benützer der folgenden Motorfahrzeuge sind von der Versicherungspflicht nach Art. 59 SVG ausgenommen: a) Motorhandwagen; b) Motoreinachser, die nur von einer zu Fuss gehenden Person geführt und nicht für das Ziehen von Anhängern verwendet werden; c) Leicht-Motorfahrräder; d) Rollstühle mit elektrischem Antrieb und einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit bis 10 km/h. 2) Sie haften nach den Bestimmungen des ABGB. IV. Teil
