Art. 59 Beiträge der Motorfahrzeughalter
Das Nationale Versicherungsbüro und der Nationale Garantiefonds berechnen die Beiträge nach anerkannten Regeln der Versicherungstechnik. Sie legen die Beiträge und das Kalkulationsschema der FMA zur Genehmigung vor. Die Genehmigung der FMA erfolgt im Einvernehmen mit der Regierung.
