§ 15. Toetusega saavutatava tulemuse erisus
Kui projekti elluviimise tulemusena ei tagata § 14 lõike 1 punktides 1, 6, 8 või 9 või lõike 2 punktides 5 ja 6 nimetatud nõudeid, peab toetuse saaja projekti elluviimise tulemusena saavutama rekonstrueerimistööde tulemusena vähemalt energiatõhususarvu klassi D (energiatõhususarv ETA ≤180 kWh/(m²*a)).
