Grundsatz 1 Die Lehreranstellungsgesetzgebung gilt sinngemäss für die Festlegung des Anfangsgehalts und die Gehaltsentwicklung. 2 Sie gilt im Weiteren sinngemäss für a die Ausrichtung des 13. Monatsgehalts, b die Anrechnung von Erwerbs- und Ersatzeinkommen, c die Altersentlastung im Rahmen von Artikel 48 Absatz 1 der Verordnung vom 28. März 2007 über die Anstellung der Lehrkräfte (LAV2)).
