Art. 1 des Areals Villa Bernau
Grundsätze 1 Diese Verordnung findet Anwendung auf die Villa Bernau und das Kinderhaus/Chalet sowie das dazu gehörende Areal einschliesslich Park und Spielplatz.1 2 Für den eigentlichen Betrieb des Gemeinschafts- und Kulturzentrums gilt: a) Der Gemeinderat kann den Betrieb der Villa an Verwaltungsstellen oder an Dritte delegieren. b) Für die Bereitstellung der finanziellen Mittel gelten die allgemeinen Bestimmungen der Gemeindeordnung. 3 Im Übrigen steht das Areal der Öffentlichkeit im Rahmen der nachfolgenden Bestimmungen offen.
