Art. 14
Zusätzliche Parkplätze Sofern es die örtlichen Verhältnisse und die bestehende Leistungsfähigkeit des Strassennetzes zulassen und kein Widerspruch zu raumplanerischen Gesichtspunkten entsteht, kann die Baubewilligungsbehörde zusätzliche Parkplätze bewilligen. Unter den gleichen Voraussetzungen können auch Parkplätze bewilligt werden, die unabhängig von einer Verpflichtung gemäss Art. 4 erstellt werden, insbesondere als öffentlich benutzbare Parkierungsanlage.
