Reduktion und Erhöhung Normbedarf für Fahrräder 1 Bei Wohnungen wird der Normbedarf nicht reduziert. Bei den übrigen Objekten kann der Normbedarf bei ungünstiger Topografie, sehr ungünstiger Lage, zum Schutz des Ortsbildes oder bei Mehrfachnutzungen reduziert werden. 2 In der Zone 1 gemäss Art. 12 gilt für sämtliche Objekte keine Pflicht zur Erstellung von Abstellplätzen für Fahrräder. 3 Der Normbedarf kann erhöht werden.
