Lage und Gestaltung der Abstellplätze 1 Die Abstellplätze für Zweiradfahrzeuge sind zu überdachen und ebenerdig anzulegen, soweit die örtlichen Verhältnisse es zulassen und die Kosten zumutbar sind. 2 Die Abstellplätze für Fahrräder sind in der Regel auf dem Baugrundstück selbst zu erstellen. Sie müssen gut zugänglich und an zweckmässiger Lage angeordnet werden. 3 Die einschlägigen technischen Normen sind zu berücksichtigen.
