§ 10a Rechtsfolgen bei Überlassung durch eine andere Person als den Arbeitgeber
Werden Arbeitnehmer entgegen § 1 Absatz 1 Satz 3 von einer anderen Person überlassen und verstößt diese Person hierbei gegen § 1 Absatz 1 Satz 1, 5 und 6 oder Absatz 1b, gelten für das Arbeitsverhältnis des Leiharbeitnehmers § 9 Absatz 1 Nummer 1 bis 1b und § 10 entsprechend.
