Art. 31 Befugnisse der Grossen Kammer
Die Grosse Kammer a) entscheidet über nach Art. 33 oder Art. 34 erhobene Beschwerden, wenn eine Kammer die Rechtssache nach Art. 30 an sie abgegeben hat oder wenn die Sache nach Art. 43 an sie verwiesen worden ist, und b) behandelt Anträge nach Art. 47 auf Erstattung von Gutachten.
