Art. 2
Einer Non-Profit-Bootsharing-Organisation, wenn sie als Schiffshalterin oder Schiffshalter fungiert, kann die Stadtpolizei, Kommissariat Wasserschutzpolizei, maximal zehn Standplätze ausserhalb der Warteliste für private Plätze gemäss separater Warteliste für gewerbliche Nutzung, Vereine und Non-Profit- Bootsharing-Organisationen zuteilen.
Art. 2
Einer Non-Profit-Bootsharing-Organisation, wenn sie als Schiffshalterin oder Schiffshalter fungiert, kann die Stadtpolizei, Kommissariat Wasserschutzpolizei, maximal zehn Standplätze ausserhalb der Warteliste für private Plätze gemäss separater Warteliste für gewerbliche Nutzung, Vereine und Non-Profit- Bootsharing-Organisationen zuteilen.
