Die Non-Profit-Bootsharing-Organisation hat mit ihrem Handelsregistereintrag, ihren Statuten und ihrem Reglement Folgendes zu gewährleisten: a. Nautischer Boot-Sharing-Zweck; 1 vom 13. Februar 1993, AS 747.110. 2 Das Gesamtkontingent gemäss kantonaler Konzession vom 8. März 2017 beträgt 112 Plätze. Kontingent Zuteilung von Standplätzen Anzahl aktiver Bootsharing- Teilnehmenden Voraussetzungen 2Reglement über die Z uteilung und Nutzung von städtischen Schiffstandplätzen für Non-Profit-Bootsharing-Organisationen 747.116 b. Führen einer Liste der aktiven Bootsharing-Teilnehmenden (Name, Vorname, Geburtsdatum, Wohnadresse); c. Aufnahmebedingungen in die Non-Profit-Bootsharing- Organisation, wobei die Teilnahme allen Personen offen stehen muss.
